Arc Security ("we", "us", "our") provides website security monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and managed WordPress services to small businesses. As part of our service, we may send you text messages (SMS) related to security alerts, scan results, service updates, and follow-up communications.

2. Message Types

By opting in to receive text messages from Arc Security, you may receive the following types of messages:

Security scan results and vulnerability notifications
Service follow-up and appointment reminders
Security alerts and incident notifications
Account and billing updates
Promotional offers related to our security services

3. Opt-In

You consent to receive text messages from Arc Security when you:

Provide your phone number through our website at arcsecurity.ai during a free security scan consultation
Submit your contact information through any Arc Security web form
Reply START to any Arc Security text message
Verbally provide your phone number to an Arc Security representative

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Arc Security at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Opt-Out

To stop receiving text messages from Arc Security at any time, reply STOP to any message.

You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by texting START.

6. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on your account activity and security alerts. During active security incidents, message frequency may temporarily increase.

Message and data rates may apply. Arc Security does not charge for text messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

8. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Arc Security and wireless carriers are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of text messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier.

9. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. However, not all carriers support all message types.

10. Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes
